The training program of kids which was organized by RHFC in partnership with Sira Bilingual Nursery and Primary School Makepe Douala trains kids for 5 months. The kids learn for an hour a week.
The kids are taught how to connect the cables in the solar box, through electricity and the sun, how it can be charged and how we can change the bulbs if it is bad. At the end of the training, the kids present what they have learned to their parents and friends.
It is a great initiative encouraged by the school and partners, but they face difficulties since it is just one solar box for about 50 kids.
